This case report aims to present a rare but significant type of complication that every ophthalmologist performing Selective Laser Trabeculoplasty (SLT) should be aware of due to the anatomical changes it generates, as well as refractive changes and to understand the treatment and duration of resolution or semi-resolution of this condition.
