Ocular surface squamous neoplasms (OSSN) are the most frequent ocular tumors. Incisional or excisional biopsy is the gold standard for its diagnosis, although nowadays, there are other less invasive methods, including high-resolution Optical Coherence Tomography; we present the case of a 66-year-old male patient with a temporary pigmented lesion in the right eye with papillomatous characteristics. Optical Coherence Tomography was of great value for both diagnosis and follow-up of the lesion.
