We describe the case of a woman with glaucoma secondary to capsular pseudoexfoliation (CPX) who presented with deposits of CPX in the corneal endothelium. Endothelial deposits of CPX material were demonstrated with specular microscopy, histologically, and with in vivo confocal microscopy. We show images of these deposits taken with anterior segment optical coherence tomography (AS-OCT). We perform a small review of the alteration that CPX material could and does produce at the level of the corneal endothelium, with its implications in the management of intraocular surgery.
