Objetivos: Reporte de caso clínico de drusen de papila bilateral en un paciente adulto en el cual, a su vez se detectó glaucoma. Comprender la importancia del análisis de la cabeza del nervio óptico mediante el uso de estudios complementarios para poder instaurar un tratamiento temprano.
